PWC
Operator Course - Smith Mountain Lake AuxSARDet - June 2010.
FUN and Intensive 2-day class.
Saturday - 4-hours of classroom, 4-hours of hands-on water training.
Sunday - final testing and
sign
off by a PWC-QE. Basics
of PWC operations and procedures
PWC
handling,
towing
evolutions, self rescue and rescuing a victim from the water,
and the
always fun slalom course.
Wet
suits will be
available for use.
This class is to participate and have
fun!!!
Anyone
that is seriously interested in patrolling on a PWC, and not just for a
certification, needs
to
apply.
